Two months after tying the knot, Travis Kelce is finally talking about his wedding to Taylor Swift — and calling it a night he’ll “never forget.”
On the season 5 premiere of the New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave fans their first real details about the July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden.
“FROM THE VOWS TO JUST SEEING EVERYONE”
Travis didn’t hold back on how emotional the day was.
“First of all, the night was a night I’ll never forget,” Travis said. “Me and Taylor are so thankful for everyone that showed up. From the vows to just seeing everyone, to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening… it was just so magical, man.”
He and Jason confirmed the couple each wrote about 20 minutes of vows and chose to skip most formal speeches to keep the focus on celebrating.
The wedding was officiated by longtime friend Adam Sandler, who Travis praised as “the best person on this planet.”
“For him to be up for getting ordained in the state of New York and marrying me and Taylor in the way he did, in the very, you know, Sandman style… it was absolutely insane, man.”
Jason said he was blown away: “There’s a sweetness in everything Adam does… that really resonates with officiating a wedding.”
A PRIVATE, STAR-STUDDED NIGHT AT MSG
The couple, who started dating in summer 2023 and got engaged in August 2025, chose Madison Square Garden for privacy.
“We wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions. And we needed it to be a private feel,” Travis explained. “And MSG went above and beyond to give us that.”
Guests reportedly included Conan O’Brien, who called it “heartwarming”, and the event had a strict no-phones policy so everyone could be “in the moment.”
THE ONE THING HE’D CHANGE
Despite calling it perfect, Travis did have one regret.
“I wish it could have lasted even longer than it did,” he admitted. “It felt like it just happened in the blink of an eye.”
Jason joked: “They kicked us out,” adding that once the bar stopped serving, guests started to “mosey out.”
