Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Caught on Chiefs Sunday Rest Day Walking Their Energetic Samoyed Dog “Wendy” Through Krug Park in St. Joseph, Only for Fans to Go Into Complete Meltdown When The Dog Suddenly Slipped Her Collar
The couple was spotted walking their energetic Samoyed, “Wendy,” through Krug Park in St. Joseph during the Chiefs’ off day. Dressed casually and keeping a low profile, the two looked like any other couple enjoying a walk with their dog.
Until Wendy had other plans.
The Great Escape
Witnesses say the fluffy white Samoyed suddenly slipped her collar mid-walk. In seconds, Wendy darted through the park as fans around them realized exactly who was holding the leash.
What followed was pure chaos — in the best way.
Cameras came out. Phones went up. And Travis was seen jogging after Wendy while Taylor called out for her, laughing as park-goers tried to help.
Within minutes, video of the moment was all over social media with captions like “Even Taylor Swift chases her dog” and “Travis Kelce: NFL star, part-time dog dad.”
Thankfully, Wendy was caught quickly and was reported to be safe, wagging and completely unbothered by the commotion she caused.
Fans Can’t Get Enough
The clip sparked a wave of reactions online. For many, it was the perfect reminder that despite the stadiums, Grammys, and headlines, they’re just a couple with a very energetic dog.
“Most wholesome panic I’ve ever seen,” one fan wrote.
“Travis running after the dog might be my favorite video of 2026,” said another.
The moment also reignited love for Wendy, who has become a fan favorite since first being spotted with the couple earlier this year.
