There will be no visit to Mexico City because of the remodeling of the Azteca Stadium for the 2026 World Cup.

For the moment, only the teams that will be local are known, while their opponents, dates and schedules will be revealed in the spring, when the 2024 NFL calendar will be announced. For now, the news is that the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings will play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while the Jacksonville Jaguars will return to Wembley Stadium for their 12th game in London, after playing consecutive weeks in the United Kingdom last year.

“Overall, we have established a strong Jaguars tradition in London that our fans and supporters celebrate every day of the year. That tradition continues next season when the Jaguars return to London, and we look forward to seeing everyone once again at Wembley Stadium, our home away from home,” Jaguars owner Shad Khan said in remarks released by the NFL.

Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers will be at home at the Allianz Arena in Munich, two years after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Seattle Seahawks 21-16 at the home of Bayern.

In addition to the teams for the international games in the United Kingdom and Germany, the NFL has yet to announce the teams that will make history by playing in Brazil for the first time.

This comes after last month’s announcement that there will be a game at Sao Paulo’s Corinthians Arena. The announcement will be made in the coming months.

The NFL has also confirmed that it will return to Mexico City once the Azteca Stadium is available after the World Cup renovations, and after a vote approved that the league will be able to schedule up to eight international games per season starting in 2025, new markets and cities are expected to appear on the horizon.
