CELEBRITY
Kylie Kelce called Taylor “family” and said the wedding was “intimate and incredible and full of love”. She said Taylor’s been family “for quite some time”.
The Kelces are finally talking.
Weeks after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married at Madison Square Garden, Travis’ sister-in-law Kylie Kelce is giving fans the most heartfelt update yet.
And it’s got Swifties in their feelings.
“Taylor’s Been Family For Quite Some Time”
On her podcast Not Gonna Lie, Kylie addressed the wedding for the first time.
“Congratulations to Tay and Trav. It was absolutely magical. I’m so happy for them. We love them so, so dearly,” she said.
Then came the line that broke the internet:
“It was only making it official because Taylor’s been part of the family now for quite some time”.
Kylie described the July 3 ceremony as “intimate and incredible and full of love both for each other and everybody else’s love for them”.
For fans who watched Taylor go from Eras Tour surprise guest to Chiefs games regular to fiancée, hearing “she’s family” from Kylie felt like the final stamp of approval.
Keeping Details Private
While Kylie gushed about the vibe, she made it clear some things will stay between the couple.
“Anything else, you can check in with Taylor and Travis about. Because any of the details that they want to share, they can share,” she said.
Back in April, Kylie was already shutting down wedding questions.
“To literally everybody… quit asking me and my mother-in-law about upcoming nuptials. Nobody’s f*_king telling you anything. I don’t have any details”.
Now, with the wedding done, she’s choosing her words carefully — and lovingly.
Jason Backs It Up: “Trav Can Sing”
Kylie wasn’t the only Kelce talking this week.
On the _Ross Tucker Football Podcast*, Jason Kelce shared a new detail: Travis sang to Taylor at the rehearsal dinner.
“My sister-in-law said, ‘Is it true that Travis and Taylor sang?’ And I said, ‘Yeah.’ ‘Is he good?’ ‘Yeah, actually he is good’”.
“Trav can sing. Trav has always been able to carry a tune”.
Per reports, the couple sang their “favorite rock song” at the rehearsal. Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks performed at the wedding reception.
