Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s future is likely under lock and key for now

Taylor Swift could have a ring on her finger as soon as two months from now? Well according to former winner of ‘The Bachelor’ Hannah Ann Sluss, it has to wait until the NFL’s offseason.

Sluss is engaged to Jake Funk, who was signed to the Baltimore Ravens practice squad earlier this week.

‘Usually engagements from what Jake’s told me, happen in the offseason,’ Sluss said to Page Six. ‘Because last season I was like “I want to get engaged” and he’s like “Well typically guys get engaged during the offseason, its not the best look.”‘
You have to plan it around football,’ Sluss added. ‘Everything is about football. You have to wait.’

Sluss is part of the NFL’s WAGs [wives and girlfriends] community. She’s dated Funk since October 2021 and been engaged to him since January.
Sluss has been in the public eye since she was a contestant of Season 24 of ‘The Bachelor’ which aired from January-March 2020.
Sluss was originally chosen as the winner and briefly engaged to Bachelor star Peter Weber, but the two broke up while the season was airing.

Swift and Kelce have been publicly dating since the 12-time Grammy Award winner attended a Chiefs game on September 24.

Their relationship has garnered massive public attention with Kelce’s celebrity profile skyrocketing thanks to being in a relationship with Swift.

The NFL’s offseason officially starts after Super Bowl LVIII, which will take place on February 11.
Page Six reported that Kelce has asked Swift’s father Scott for permission to ask the popstar to marry him.

A source close to Kelce told the site: ‘Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring.’
