Sheryl Crow says she sold her Tesla and will donate the proceeds to NPR

Singer Sheryl Crow is going to need a new car.
Crow shared a video to Instagram over the weekend which showed her Tesla being driven away on a flatbed.
In the caption, she wrote, “My parents always said … you are who you hang out with. There comes a time when you have to decide who you are willing to align with. So long Tesla.”
She cited Tesla CEO Elon Musk as the reason she sold the car.
She went on to write that she is donating the proceeds from the sale to National Public Radio, which she says is being threatened by Musk.
Musk oversees the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency, which seeks to significantly reduce the size of the federal government.
