Patrick Mahomes has several talents besides being the best football player in the NFL. He can swing a golf club for a distance, can hit a baseball like his retired father, and is not too shabby with the ping-pong bat either. However, who knew that the Super Bowl MVP is a bull-rider?
Well, not an actual bull, but a mechanical one, like the ones at the state fair that spin like their tails are on fire. TMZ Sports obtained a video of Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, riding one earlier this summer.
The Chiefs star and his crew went to PBR Big Sky in Kansas City in June before the training camps began. They attended a charity event with a few other notable faces, like his best mate Travis Kelce.
Mahomes took the lead and helped Brittany onto the bull. Buzz. The bull started to rotate slowly at first. The pair looked comfortable. However, as the swings became more intense, it became apparent that one of the two would eventually give up. To Brittany’s credit, she held on, and Mahomes rolled onto the ground. However, the Pro Bowler wasn’t done, as he went for another rodeo. On the second try, he managed to hang for longer.
Patrick is not the only one in his family who knows how to groove on a bull. His brother, Jackson Mahomes, knows a thing or two. In February 2022, the New York Post reported a TikTok video of the younger Mahomes riding a mechanical bull like his brother. But it wasn’t clear when that clip was shot.
