Meghan Markle Brings Homemade Cookies for Drew Barrymore’s Audience…Baked with Help from Her Kids!

The Duchess of Sussex also recruited her wedding dress designer to bake
Meghan Markle brought something special to the set of Drew Barrymore’s show straight from her California kitchen.
The Duchess of Sussex appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show in an episode that aired on March 6 to promote her new Netflix series With Love, Meghan, marking her first daytime television talk show moment in three years. Meghan, 43, highlights her passions for cooking, creating and entertaining in her new series, and she surprised Barrymore’s audience by bringing homemade cookies.
Meghan baked the cookies at home in Montecito the day before she flew to New York City to film The Drew Barrymore Show. She also had some help in the kitchen from her children: Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
The Duchess of Sussex’s cookie project turned into a group affair, recruiting a friend and her daughter as well as Clare Waight Keller, who designed the wedding dress she wore in May 2018 for her walk down the aisle with Prince Harry.
“I said, ‘Clare, can I put you to work too?’ So we all sat around,” Meghan says. “We made these cookies for you guys to enjoy.”
