Lady Gaga showed off her huge engagement ring on a dinner date with her fiancé Michael Polansky, 46.

The Poker Face singer, 38, put on a leggy display in a black micro mini-dress featuring a v-neck and long sleeves.

The skirt ended at the bottom of her buttocks, giving the 5’1′ musician the illusion of long legs aided by her sky-high platform-heeled booties.

The Shallow singer carried a large black handbag which she clutched with her left hand, accentuating the enormous sparkler on her ring finger.

Gaga’s platinum blonde hair was pulled back into an effortless bun and black sunglasses sat on her face.

The sighting comes as wedding plans for the couple are underway and the prenup is being negotiated.

Gaga – real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – is believed to be seeking a $900 million prenup before she walks down the aisle.

And Polansky, who has his own hefty $600 million net worth as head of The Parker Foundation, is on board.

A source close to the couple told In Touch that ‘there are a lot of assets on both sides, and a prenup will just make everything clear.’
