According to reports, the 54-year-old multi-hyphenate has learned a lot from her previous relationship with the 51-year-old Gone Girl actor – who she previously said she had PTSD from! – as well as her previous relationships with other men such as Marc Anthony, Alex Rodriguez, and more. No Female Flight Attendants
According to Us Weekly, the “Can’t Get Enough” singer doesn’t allow female flight attendants on any of her private planes due to then-husband Marc Anthony allegedly having a fling with a female flight attendant. A source told the pub at the time: “J-Lo won’t let female flight attendants work. She brings her own male flight attendant who is not a flight attendant, but a ‘personal assistant.'”

A Strict Diet And Exercise Regime
As the singer is in incredible shape herself, it doesn’t surprise us to learn that she allegedly wants her partners to follow suit. According to Ok!, she wanted the Batman v. Superman actor to be in great shape before their wedding, and put him on a strict diet and rigorous exercise plan. “She expects him to pick up the slack and wants him working out every day and eating right, no excuses,” a source said at the time.

Access To His Phone At All Times
This rule is perhaps something the Delola mogul founded after her relationship with Alex Rodriguez, not her previous relationship with Affleck. Affleck has his own rules for drinking now that he is living a life of sobriety due to his previous alcohol addiction, but his wife reportedly likes to keep him in check by implementing random sobriety tests. J-Lo has reportedly also banned smoking inside the house, too.
