Céline Dion Has Relatable Siri Moment as Phone Keeps Playing ‘My Heart Will Go On’: ‘Third Time’s a Charm’

The singer shared a funny Instagram clip of Siri struggling to play her 2024 rendition of ‘Hymne à l’amour’

Céline Dion is just like everyone else!

On Tuesday, Nov. 12, the singer, 56, shared a hilarious video of herself trying to play her 2024 version of the late Edith Piaf’s song “Hymne à l’amour” — only to find that Siri would only play her 1997 song “My Heart Will Go On.”

“Hey Siri, play ‘Hymne à l’amour’ by Céline Dion?,’ ” the music legend asked, to which Siri replied, “I cannot find that track by Céline Dion but here is ‘My Heart Will Go On.’ ”

“No! Hello,” Dion said. “No, no, no.”

Trying for a second time, she asked the digital assistant, “Hey Siri, can you play ‘Hymne à l’amour’ by Céline Dion please?”

“I cannot find that track by Céline Dion but here is ‘My Heart Will Go On,’” Siri responded again.

Falling into a laugh, Dion told Siri, “Never mind!”

The star then spoke in a strong French accent to see if it might help Siri understand.

“Okay, here is ‘Hymne à l’amour’ by Céline Dion,” Siri finally agreed.

Holding her phone in disbelief, the “I’m Alive” singer flashed a grin as she held a thumbs up.

Dion sang Edith Piaf’s classic “Hymne A L’Amour” at the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony in July.

Her performance marked her first time onstage since she revealed her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis in 2022. She then released her official live version of the song in October.
